The Vintage XL is built with the quality craftsmanship and incredible design features by ESCAPE. Escape builds tiny houses and park models to suit a variety of different needs. From small tiny houses on wheels that are perfect for weekend getaways and guest cabins to larger tiny homes on wheels like the Vintage XL, they have something for everyone.
The Vintage XL is one of the larger models of their tiny houses on wheels, and it's full of great design features like all of the great windows which allow light into the space. The bathroom in this tiny cabin on wheels is large with a large shower and bathtub great for daily use. They also placed a bedroom on the first floor with a bed and enough room to walk around the bed. On either side of the bed are some great tall storage cabinets that open up to reveal lots of space to store clothing and other items. There is also a loft which could act as another sleeping area and is accessed by a ladder.
The Vintage XL tiny cabin on wheels is 30 feet long or 35 feet long including hitch, by 8.5 feet wide and 13 feet 6 inches high on an RVIA Certified Travel Trailer with 360 square feet of space including the lofts. This large tiny house starts at $73,400 with the standard features and more for any additional features. Like all of their tiny houses on wheels, this Escape tiny house is built on a custom trailer with 7,000 pound HD tandem axles, radial tires, electric brakes, and Hopkins break-away safety system so that it travels safely when being towed down the road. Larger tiny houses like this one are best to stay parked for a longer period of time and only moved as necessary.
The exterior of the Vintage XL tiny house on wheels is done in pre-finished cedar lap siding and cedar trim with steel accent and protective panels making it look nice and modern. There is a full light 36-inch glass entry door which opens the home up to outside views and light. Inside there are low E windows, all of which open to let that fresh air inside. Inside the spacious tiny house, they finished it with pre-finished pine tongue and groove with pine trim. Drywall finishing is optional, but it would make it feel more like a real home.
They installed laminate flooring, but there is the option of oak hardwood too for those who want more of a natural look. There is also a high-efficiency split system, air conditioner, heat pump, and an LP furnace with thermostat. There is also baseboard heat included in this tiny house on wheels. The Vintage XL can also have solar power and off-grid features added if the customer wants them. These are just some of the incredible features of this tiny house on wheels, but there are even more. The Vintage XL is just one of the tiny house designs from the Canoe Bay ESCAPE Village. The Escape Village is the first RV/Tiny house Village in the Midwest and would be the perfect place for a special getaway, and tiny house designs are available for rent. Units are also available for purchase in the Escape Village, and a rental program is available for customers who want to also generate income from nightly stays in their unit. Every tiny house design in the Village is handcrafted in their RVIA Certified factory in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. You will find the Vintage XL tiny cabin wheels on the Escape Village site along with their other designs for purchase.
